Crimson Moon Trophies and achievements
31 PS5 trophies and 30 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore — and how to earn every one.
Crimson Moon’s trophy and achievement list is tight and focused. There are 31 trophies on PS5 — 1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver, 16 Bronze — and 30 achievements on Xbox and PC worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Every objective is replayable. Nothing is missable. This page is the complete list with unlock guidance and difficulty ratings. Pair it with the boss fights guide for the encounters that double as progression trophies.
Trophy and Achievement Overview
The list spans five categories: story progression, combat and skill, co-op, hub and progression, and loot and collection. None of them require a perfect run or a specific build. The Platinum takes 40 to 60 hours for efficient players running higher difficulties.
Story Progression Trophies
These unlock naturally as you push through the campaign districts. Most will pop during your first playthrough.
Prologue (Bronze) — Complete the Prologue mission in death or victory. This is the easiest trophy in the game. You cannot miss it. If you die, the mission still counts.
The Forsaken Streets (Bronze) — Complete The Forsaken Streets. The first full district after the prologue. Teaching area with the Warden as the end boss.
Archspire Cathedral (Bronze) — Complete Archspire Cathedral. Holy architecture, undead density, and Cardinal Mathias as the chapter boss.
Ramshorn Keep (Bronze) — Complete Ramshorn Keep. Legion-heavy fortification with aggressive enemy composition.
Elk Grove Academy (Silver) — Complete Elk Grove Academy. Late-campaign civic horror district with elevated difficulty.
Shoreditch (Silver) — Complete Shoreditch Prison. Tight corridors and difficult camera angles that punish greedy heavy attacks.
Abraxas Stone of Rot (Silver) — Acquire the first Abraxas Stone by clearing the first world boss after chaining three districts.
Abraxas Stone of War (Silver) — Acquire the second Abraxas Stone by defeating the second world boss.
Abraxas Stone of Arcana (Gold) — Acquire the third Abraxas Stone. All three world bosses defeated. This unlocks the final campaign boss.
Victory (Gold) — Complete a full run successfully solo or in co-op. This requires chaining the full campaign to the end and winning.
Combat and Skill Trophies
These reward mastering Crimson Moon’s core mechanics. Some pop quickly; others take deliberate practice.
First Death of Many (Bronze) — Die a true death for the first time during a mission. This will happen. Accept it.
Perfect Parry (Bronze) — Execute a perfect parry. Land a parry with precise timing during any enemy attack. This is your single most important skill in the entire game.
Angelic (Bronze) — Trigger Angel Mode five times. Happens naturally across multiple runs. Reserve it for elite rooms and boss phases.
No Deaths (Silver) — Complete a district mission without losing a life. Best attempted on lower difficulty with a strong build. Start with Forsaken Streets. Do not use Angel Mode until the boss.
Hellish (Gold) — Complete a district mission on Hellish difficulty or higher. The hardest single-session challenge. You need Rare gear across all slots, solid Boon synergy, and parry timing. Do not attempt before level 20.
Co-op Trophy
Slay Together (Bronze) — Finish a mission in co-op. One-and-done. Jump into a co-op mission early and it is done in five minutes. Crossplay means PS5, Xbox, and PC players can all team up.
Hub and Progression Trophies
These unlock through Sanctus Clypeus and overall character progression.
Meet Mereda (Bronze) — Complete the Librarian Briefing quest by talking to Mereda after your first run. She is the historian who trades lore scrolls for additional Boons.
Gajov Make Strong (Bronze) — Upgrade any weapon or shield at the vampire blacksmith to rare or higher quality. This is the week-one goal. An upgraded weapon at rare rarity performs better than a pristine common.
Let’s Nexus (Bronze) — Complete three Nexus Gate objectives. Choose Boons at three Nexus Gates during your runs. Boons stack and define your mid-run identity.
Fully Loaded (Silver) — Acquire a Rare or higher equipment item for every equipment slot during a single run. Nine slots, nine Rare-plus pieces.
Level 5 (Bronze) — Progress to level 5. Comes within your first couple of runs.
Level 10 (Bronze) — Progress to level 10. A few more runs.
Level 20 (Silver) — Progress to level 20. Requires a decent number of completed hunts.
Level 30 (Gold) — Progress to level 30. The XP cap. Requires serious time investment across many runs, especially on higher difficulties. Play on skull difficulties for more XP per run.
Loot and Collection Trophies
Blessed (Silver) — Collect and purify 50 items across runs. Drop by Gajov every time you return to Sanctus Clypeus. This is a habit trophy, not a push trophy.
Lore Champion (Silver) — Collect 50 lore scrolls. Pick them up every run. They compound. Ignoring them for 30 runs and then grinding 50 in one session is painful.
Great Soul Reclaimer (Silver) — Earn 100,000 total souls. Souls accumulate from kills, chests, and objectives. Faster on higher difficulty.
Kill Count Trophies
Slayer (Bronze) — Kill 100 enemies. Done within your first two or three runs.
Infernal Slayer (Silver) — Kill 1,000 enemies. This takes real dedication. Play on higher difficulties with modifiers that increase enemy density. Set it as a background goal.
Completion Trophy
Completionist (Gold) — Play and complete all primary missions and bosses across runs. The mission board changes each run. Some missions may not appear every session. Keep playing and checking the War Table.
Nephilim (Platinum, PS5 only) — Unlock all other trophies. The final trophy before the Platinum pops.
Hardest Trophies and How to Earn Them
Hellish is the hardest single-session challenge. Requirements: level 20 plus, Rare gear across all nine slots, focused Boon synergy, and solid parry timing. Start with Forsaken Streets on Hellish before pushing harder districts.
No Deaths requires a clean build, solid enemy reading, and a boss encounter where you make zero fatal mistakes. Start with the first district at a lower difficulty once your build is strong enough.
Level 30 requires playing on higher skull difficulties from early on. Full completion — level 30, all lore scrolls, all achievements — pushes well beyond the main story into 40-plus hours.
Are Any Trophies Missable?
No. Because Crimson Moon uses a repeatable run structure, nothing is locked to a single playthrough. Any mission or objective you skip in one run can be attempted again in the next. The Platinum is stress-free compared to linear action games.
Does Difficulty Affect Trophies?
Only the Hellish trophy is locked to a specific difficulty. All other trophies can be earned on any setting. Higher difficulty pays better XP, better loot, and more souls per run. The Platinum is technically achievable on lower settings but takes much longer.
Tips for Earning All Trophies Faster
Play on higher difficulties early. Higher skull settings give more XP and better loot. Purify gear after every run — the Blessed trophy comes from consistent habits. Pick up every lore scroll you see. Slay Together takes five minutes — do not leave it sitting. Do not attempt Hellish until level 20 plus with Rare gear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you enter Gildenarch.
How many trophies does Crimson Moon have?
Crimson Moon has 31 trophies on PS5 (1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver, 16 Bronze) and 30 achievements on Xbox and PC worth 1,000 Gamerscore.
Is the Platinum trophy hard?
Challenging but not brutal. The hardest individual trophy is Hellish — completing a district on the hardest difficulty. The grind is real: level 30, 1,000 kills, 50 purified items, and 50 lore scrolls all need dedicated time. Expect 40 to 60 hours for efficient players.
Are any trophies missable?
No. Crimson Moon uses a repeatable run structure. Every mission, district, and boss can be replayed. Nothing is locked to a single playthrough.
Can I earn trophies in co-op?
Yes. Slay Together requires finishing a mission in co-op. Bosses scale health by 65% per additional player. Difficulty scaling means co-op does not make things easier — it changes the pressure profile.
What is the fastest path to the Platinum?
Play on higher difficulties from the start for better XP and loot. Pick up every lore scroll. Purify gear after every run. Do Slay Together in your first co-op session. Push for level 20 before attempting Hellish.
